Working closely with operations, delivery and marketing teams, he helps ensure NM Group’s solutions deliver measurable improvements in safety, reliability, efficiency and long-term asset performance.

Since joining NM Group in 2014, Seweryn has built extensive experience across processing, project management, process improvement and operational delivery within the utilities sector. As Chief Delivery Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of NM Group’s services and ensuring projects are completed with consistency, control and technical quality.

With a strong background in operational improvement and team leadership, Seweryn brings a practical, delivery-focused approach to managing complex projects. He is a certified Project Management Professional, combining technical expertise with structured project management to support reliable outcomes for NM Group’s clients.

Since joining NM Group in 2016, Jeremy has built experience across aerial operations, account management and business development. As Business Development Manager, he leads NM Group’s business development activity across the Eastern United States, working with utility clients to develop new opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.

With a background that combines operational experience and customer relationship management, Jeremy brings a practical, consultative approach to understanding client priorities and aligning them with NM Group’s services. His focus is on building trusted relationships, supporting commercial growth and helping clients achieve safer, smarter and more efficient network operations.

Austin leads NM Group’s business development activity across the Western United States and Canada, working with utility clients to develop opportunities and build long-term relationships.

With 10 years of experience in remote sensing and LiDAR, Austin brings a practical understanding of the industry shaped by roles across sensor operations, project management and data processing. His background across a wide range of project types and scopes gives him valuable insight into client needs, helping him connect utilities with NM Group’s services and support safer, smarter and more efficient network operations.

Kevin leads NM Group’s sales activity across Australasia, developing strategic partnerships and driving growth across the utilities and infrastructure sectors.

With over two decades of experience in geospatial solutions, customer success and business growth, Kevin helps clients address complex operational challenges through practical, commercially focused solutions. His background spans aerial intelligence, asset management, digital monitoring and strategic partnerships, giving him a strong understanding of how data and analytics can inform smarter infrastructure decisions.

Kevin is focused on strengthening NM Group’s presence across the region, working with asset owners and infrastructure providers to advance network modernisation, resilience and long-term operational performance.

Neil brings extensive commercial, procurement and contract management experience to NM Group, with a career spanning more than three decades in the electricity transmission and utilities sector. Before joining NM Group, Neil held a range of senior commercial and procurement roles at National Grid, where he supported major electricity infrastructure projects, contract strategies and commercial submissions.

At NM Group, Neil applies this experience across procurement, commercial management and client-facing contract activity. His background gives him a strong understanding of utility procurement processes, framework agreements and the commercial requirements involved in delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Since joining NM Group in 2011, Richard has built extensive experience across commercial, bidding and project management functions. As Bid Manager, he plays a central role in shaping NM Group’s commercial approach, ensuring client opportunities are developed with a clear understanding of scope, value and delivery requirements.
