We have been awarded a new Patrol+® project for a large power utility in the state of Florida. With Patrol+ our objective is to make a routine helicopter based line patrol more accurate by including LiDAR based vegetation reporting.
Our enhancement uses a side-looking LiDAR unit to capture asset positional information to record clearance information both to the ground and vegetation. This information is collected without affecting the helicopter patrol. Find out more about Patrol+ and how it can add value to your line patrol
