  We are looking for an individual with relevant qualifications and experience to join our UK Operations Team. About you We are looking for a very keen individual with a degree in Geomatics, Remote Sensing or relevant experience and knowledge about those disciplines. The candidate will have a very good attention to detail, have an organised working attitude and be a fast learner. Due to the job role you will be a keen traveller and ready to travel within the UK and abroad on various survey activities. A full EU driving license is required for this role. About us We are a team who are facing multiple challenges on a daily basis. UK Operations is a vital part of the production chain in our Technology Centre and is primarily focused on delivering remotely sensed data for value-add analysis and processing. We also serve as a UK based field team, ready to be deployed on various survey tasks, whether on the ground or in the air. About the role A Geodata Analyst is a person who is capable of processing and analysing remotely sensed data from variety of sensors, able to understand it and verify the quality and suitability for creation of end-user products. Amongst others, you will be involved in: Bid Process, Flight Planning, Aerial & Ground Survey, Initial Data Processing and Onward Data Processing. Throughout those activities you will always be focused on quality with client satisfaction in mind. The role will offer you a steep learning curve and will enhance your experience in the world of LiDAR, Aerial Photography, Aviation and GNSS/INS navigation and positioning. Skills Required:
  • Advanced in Microstation CAD and TerraScan/TerraMatch applications.
  • Good understanding of Geomatics, Remote Sensing and GNSS positioning.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of LiDAR and imaging systems
  • Awareness of key GPS concepts and for differential processing requirements
Desirable Skills: GIS, Land Surveying, Photography & Video production, Web GIS, advanced computer skills.
