Powerline modelling and assessment to begin in Northern Ireland
We are very pleased to have been selected to perform a project in Northern Ireland. The work will see us survey key high voltage circuits for upcoming engineering and refurbishment projects. NM Group will provide the LiDAR survey data and modelling analysis for over 80 km of circuits located in the northeast of the country.
Our project will use LiDAR capture as a basis for our analysis. Modelling the lines accurately using PLS-CADD to sag the conductors at their worst case sag and sway, the data will inform the engineering studies and demonstrate regulatory compliance.
