NM Group is part of Trimble Inc (Trimble) and adopts the privacy practices set out in the Trimble Privacy Notice (Trimble Privacy Notice) as qualified by this Notice.

Network Mapping Pty Limited, Australia

NM Group Network Mapping Corp, Canada

Each of these companies is responsible for processing personal data for its own purposes e.g. for the performance of a contract or the management of the customer or supplier relationship and is a data controller.  The entity with whom you have your relationship will be the controller for processing your data. If you do not have any relationship with NM Group, other than as a visitor to this website, the data controller for processing your data will be Network Mapping Limited.

Please read the word “Trimble”, “we”, “our” or “us” in the Trimble Privacy Notice as referring to the relevant NM Group company responsible for processing your data.  


NM Group’ privacy practices

NM Group’s privacy practices are consistent with, and applicable data subjects are afforded the rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and other applicable country and data protection laws.

  • the right to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of your personal information. In certain circumstances we may not be able to stop using your personal information, if that is the case, we’ll let you know why; and
  • withdrawal of consent – while we do not generally process personal information on the basis of consent, when personal information is processed on the basis of consent an individual may withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint directly with any local supervisory authority about how we process your personal data.  The supervisory authority for data protection in the UK is the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) which you can contact on 0303 123 1113 or via their website at  We would however appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns in the first instance.
